At the Ark Veterinary  Hospital, we’re always trying to make your life easier. This form allows you to re-order regular medications or food previously ordered for your pet at the Ark Veterinary Hospital. Our friendly staff will text you when your pet’s medication or food is ready for collection. Please view our Reorder Medication Policy for further details of this service. If there are any issues with the request (a recheck examination may be required) then one of our staff will contact you to discuss the health care plan.

Please order medication in advance as some orders can take up to a week to be ready. For more urgent delivery please indicate this in the ‘Other Details’ section when completing the form.
