With our pet portal, easy online booking and automatic reminder system, you can easily keep track of your pet’s health, and make sure all vaccinations are up to date.

The first time you come to the Ark your pet will receive a comprehensive physical exam. It is also important that you bring with you any information if your pet has pre-existing health conditions. This will help us develop the best strategy to help your pet achieve the best quality of life.

Depending on your pet’s needs, we can provide additional advice. We offer advice on desexing, improving dental health, maintaining a healthy body weight and nutrition. Also we ensure that they are up to date with all vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and worming medications.

Specialised pet care plans

At the Ark Veterinary Hospital, we are committed to give your pet excellent care at every stage of their life. This is why we developed Pet Care Packages to proactively address the needs of your puppy, kitten or senior pet by providing comprehensive preventive and wellness care for one whole year.

Our packages are also designed to make your life easier. We let you know when it is time for you next appointment, vaccination, flea, tick and worm treatment. The only thing that you have to do is schedule a date and time online or by calling us.

Please keep a note of these changes, so that when you come into the vet, we can address them as fast as possible and determine what is wrong.

To reduce time in the waiting room, and to make your vet experience as streamlined as possible, we have 3 different forms that you can complete online before your appointment:

 New Patient Registration: When we first meet your pet, it’s great to learn a little bit about them. Animals needs change depending on their breed and age. So this form helps us tailor our consult to best suit them.

 Pet Grooming Admission Form: To make sure both you and your pet are happy with their new style, you can use this form. Just let us know what you want in your pet’s groom – as well as anything you need to let us know about your pet’s preferences or anxieties. This way we can ensure that they are relaxed and happy throughout the grooming experience.

 Boarding Admission Form: This form contains the basics about your pet and the duration of their stay with us. It also is an opportunity for you to let us know of any dietary requirements or regular medications your pet may need. This way you can enjoy your holiday knowing that your pet is in the best hands, and your pet can enjoy their mini-break with us!
