What’s New in 2016 | Ark Vets

2016 is looking to be a great year for Ark Vets. We have recently extended our trading hours to include Sunday (10am – 1pm) so we can be there for you and your pet seven days a week! For any emergencies outside of these hours, you can leave a message on our answering machine or contact Northside Emergency Veterinary Hospital on (02) 9452 2933.

Grooming

Due to high demand, our wonderful groomer Julie is now available THREE days a week! She will be working with us on Tuesdays now, in addition to Mondays and Wednesdays. She does an excellent job with grooms of all styles and coat lengths, ranging from baths and blow dries to breed specific clips, and is also proficient in cat and rabbit grooming! Our grooming spots have been filling up very quickly, so if you’d like to book your pet in it’s best to get in early. Simply contact us on (02) 9416 1300 if you would like to make a booking or enquiry.

Exciting events

As per usual, we will be participating in Cupcake Day and the Million Paws Walk this year, both of which are fundraising events for the RSPCA. Not only do we have a lot of fun getting involved in these events, but the money also goes to an excellent cause. We will fill you in on the details of these closer to the dates so you are able to get involved with us!

Your pet, our passion

On top of all these exciting changes, Ark Vets still has all of its regular services. We offer full veterinarian and nurse consultation health checks, ranging from standard procedures such as vaccinations, to more obscure cases which need substantial medical intervention and monitoring. We are fully equipped with the latest digital equipment to perform radiography and ultrasounds, and have human grade equipment for all dental procedures. Puppy Pre-school is hosted on a weekly basis in our reception area, and we can provide you with all of the relevant information you will need if you are acquiring a new puppy or kitten. Our staff regularly take part in both internal and external training programs to ensure we are up to date with all of the latest procedures, protocols and products within the veterinary industry. Our staff also come from a vast range of backgrounds, enabling them to specialise in their areas of interest. If you have any questions regarding our services or how we can help you and your pet, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We look forward to seeing you this year!

If you have any further questions regarding vaccinations, or would like to vaccinate your pet, contact Ark Vets on (02) 9416 1300.
